    HANNAM HI-TECH puts people (employees) first, and organizes and operates an in-house committee for employee welfare and work environment optimization.
    We are operating a whistleblower system for ethical management and prevention of corruption within the company, which is supervised and operated by the labor-management council (Hanmaeum Council) so that it can be actively reflected.
    We will strengthen management transparency and internal fairness, increase the weight of the board of directors to pursue sustainable development, and set up an audit committee to enhance internal transparency, fairness and trust through quarterly audit activities.
    In addition, we will cooperate with various interested parties surrounding HANNAM HI-TECH, promote stakeholder capitalism beyond shareholder capitalism, and for this, we will strengthen transparency and fairness in management.
    We will do our best to innovate the organizational culture through various activities and events to create a pleasant company and a great place to work.
